Refund policy

Try the free edition and the 14-day Pro trial first; they are the same software. If you buy SparKo Pro and it does not work for you, request a refund within 14 days of purchase and we will refund it in full, no questions asked. The license key is revoked when a refund is issued.

Refunds are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record. Reply to your Paddle receipt email or contact the support address on the home page with your order number.
